Is Binance ETH staking worth it?

I'm a noob in crypto. On Binance i have a small amount of ETH. I noticed a functionality that allow me to stake my ETH until 2.0 is launched. While i stake my coins i will not be able to access them. Ia it worth doing the staking on Binance? Is it better to stake in a different method like in some wallet? Or it is not worth staking and just keep hodling?
