Kraken flat withdrawal fees are awful

Withdrawing ETH from Kraken right now would cost you 8.95 USD with the flat fee system. If you were to use your own wallet or another exchange that uses fees based on the current congestion of the blockchain, the highest you would pay is 0.56 USD, this might change at the time you're seeing it so let's just assume less than 1$ (check for yourself https://etherscan.io/gastracker).

Kraken needs to end this rip off of a system and establish a dynamic fee which would be calculated at the time of withdrawal as any wallet does.
