Is there a way to accept Stripe payments and convert them to USDC automatically?

The idea of my little project I am working with is that someone can send money to someone else as a "deposit", and a solidity smart contract will be the "middle man". If the conditions are met, the deposit goes back to the buyer, and if they are not, the USDC stored in the contract would be reconverted into the preferred method of payment and sent to the seller.

However, considering that the average person probably does not know much / use crypto, I would like to integrate Stripe API payments, and since I would eventually have to reconvert it into money, I will need USDC.

Does anyone have experience or know how to do this?
