Enable assetindex

Hi,

By referring https://tronblack.medium.com/ravencoin-dividends-rewards-31a3831e2366 , this can be done in Ravencoin Wallet > Debug Window > Console.

However i'm facing problem below.

"_This rpc call is not functional unless -assetindex is enabled. To enable, please run the wallet with -assetindex, this will require a reindex to occur"

How to solve this issue by using Ravencoin Wallet?
