Prebuillt PC/laptop best for mining rvn

This is a low quality post i understand but i also know that gpu prices are skyrocketting and I can’t build for my life. I know laptops are about 80-90% as good as PC’s with same specs so i wanna hear all recommendations! Electricity bill no issues

Also will mining be profitable by January 2022 ya think?
