PSU and 3 GPUs – is 750w PSU enough?

I have 3060, 1060 and RX 580. Is it safe to run all three on 750 PSU. After overclocking I took reading from wall and the entire computer draws 520 watts. Around 70% of max load. Opinions? Safe to go or upgrade?
