New to RVN so created a node :)

If you have been on the fence about creating a RVN node, I did it on the weekend and it was very straight forward, I followed one of the many guides floating around. Had a Raspberry Pi unused so got it up and running in maybe 30 mins or so. Then the synching starts, be patient 🙂 Interestingly some of the peer nodes have a custom version message that says "Merge DNS Seeder – Visit us www.projectmerge.org" etc. Looks like a subtle and clever form of advertising. I am wondering how they did this? Also I am mining RVN as I see a lot of potential here. submitted by /u/rbaggio99999 |
