Raven Use

OK, so I'm not a complete stranger to NFT, but I do have a couple of questions which may seem either straight up stupid or just good ideas in general. so..

1. I assume raven has what is required for setting up royalty payments / future sales cuts? – EXAMPLE asset "testsample" was sold for 250$ in RVN, it is then sold on for 400$ netting profit for the original purchaser of which x% is paid to the original token creator?

2. Can RVN be integrated to web solutions to verify memberships etc? EXAMPLE – Somebody is running an RVN integrated site which has several VIP only features, in order to control access to the features assets are created and distributed to clients. The web server would then verify ownership of the asset via the blockchain and then grant the needed permissions to access certain parts of the web portal.

3. finally a random question, I assume an asset can be divided and sold off in fractions? EXAMPLE company has an asset called xshare for share holders with 5000 shares available representing 5% stake total in the company. Can a single token then be used to sell that 5% to 5000 people individually? meaning people could buy 0.0002 of the token to represent a stake in the company (1/5000 = 0.0002).
