Proof of stake and proof of work. I’m not so sure I like POW.

So I was reading about the new ETH2.0 network and I must say I’m not so convinced it’s the best way to go. I don’t like one massive drawback in my opinion. I feel it makes decentralization kinda pointless because your rewarding the people that already have a lot of ETH. meaning the rich do continue to get richer because they’re being given the blocks because they have the best chances based on the amount of ETH they already own. Isn’t that the complete opposite of what we’re trying to achieve here???
