Hello, I’m planning on buying a bunch of raven and I need help finding a good exchange

My country is a bit strict, popular exchanges like binance are banned and a handful of others. but there's still a lot of other alternatives

I'm looking for an exchange that works internationally and gives interest on RVN held

(i know staking isn't an option I'm talking about rewards from the exchange itself I also know raven isn't really a passive investment but every bit helps)

Also preferably no KYC and works with PayPal
