Got Ravencoin Core Node/Wallet sync to work after numerous issues (explained) now have question about my Node status

The wallet finally synced after copying the blockchain others had downloaded using this tutorial:

After that, I had to go to Help-Debug and run the slow 'Rebuild Index' option on the Wallet Repair tab.
I let it run overnight. I suspect it took about 3 hours. Now I am fully synced.

In my quest for fixing that sync stuck problem, I saw a way to check if you are connected as a node on the Help-Debug Information tab. It says there should be a number greater than zero for 'Number of Connections' in and out.
I have currently (0 In / 12 Out), and confirmed lots of valid peers on the Peers tab.

Connections In 0 / Out 12
Version 4.3.2.

25+ transactions so far

Seems active, Does this mean I have a node working?
