Real world uses of ravencoin

I keep seeing how ravencoin could be used to transfer car or property deed ownerships. I can see how you can proove that digitally but does that have any bearing legally speaking ? If someone sells their car via a ravencoin what prevents them from saying their car was stolen and then just take it back ? Sorry if I'm being stupid, just trying to wrap my head around the concept.
