Binance has a serious customer support issue and no one is addressing it.

My Binance account has been stuck on "being verified" for months. I can’t get in. I contacted customer support via email, turns out they don’t have any customer support via email. They just transfer you to a chat. The chat is empty. No one is answering. I’ve been in the chat for five times over the last few weeks and have always kept it up for at least 6 hours before falling asleep. The chat box says it’s a 60 minutes waiting time but I’ve been in there for 12 hours without seeing any employee answer. They say they will answer via email and you can close the chat but I’ve been waiting for that for over 9 weeks now. I’m losing tens, if not hundreds of thousand of dollars because I’m not able to trade my coins. The worst part is if they don’t answer before it all crashes again after the peak. I will lose hundreds of thousands of dollars because I’m not able to withdraw or trade to USDT right now. I encountered many people with the same problems and a poll I made shows 90% of people get no customer support answer AT ALL. Is this even legal? Is there a way to contact Binance to get them to finally answer AFTER MONTHS?!
