Anyone else having trouble dropping in the Binance transaction report csv file into Cryptotrader.tax?

I followed all of cryptotrader.tax's instructions on how to import binance transactions but still am having a tough time working it out. I've also tried the API sync but that didn't work either.

I've reached out to cryptotrader.tax support but they are taking a while to get back to me. Binance support typically takes about a month to get back to me.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is this is cryptotrader.tax or binance issue?
