Beginners Question-does anyone else have about a Trillion unknown tokens in my ether wallet with no value to the?

i have about a trillion unknown tokens in my ether wallet and wondering if anyone else have them and what to do with those as they don't seem to be any use and don't indicate what those tokens are for ?

At the same time i have few identified tokens like AKYU, HEALP but they don't seem to have any value associated, any one know what we can do with those tokens?
