Help with Herominers authorization error

I keep getting an authorization failed error when trying to start mining RVN. I followed the herominers guide to a T, and no luck. I've tried both ravencoin.herominers.com:10240 and ravencoin.herominers.com:10242 ports in the .bat file.

Any help is appreciated!

edit: I even downloaded xmrig to give it a go there, but that game me a similar error
