Raveminer difficulty

When I using 2miners pool where t-rex miner shows difficulty always 4.29G but while using Raveminer it's constantly changing. Well I getting more shares on Ravenminer like 500 shares within 1.5h whereas 2miners takes 5h for 47 shares.
