Need some help sending crypto privately to a colleague 🙏

I sold part of my business not long ago and got paid in eth. Now I need to send some of it to a colleague, but I’d like to keep it private. No banks, no long forms, no kyc.

I was thinking to change eth into xmr first and then send it, just to keep everything more confidential. The issue is, most swap platforms look like scams or ask for full registration even for small amounts.

Can someone suggest a reliable decentralized exchange or swap service for eth to xmr that’s fast and doesn’t take huge fees?
