Binance Victims (October 2025) - Collective Legal Action is start NOW. lets unite.

Please let the moderators understand us, allow us to unite with this post, and find the truth

We need to address the systemic issue that caused massive user losses this month. We cannot allow Binance to use its monopolistic position to repeatedly shift platform errors onto users. If we let this slide, it will happen to others tomorrow. Let's not act like children, and let's not think only about money. This was a repeated technical or algorithmic failure for me that disproportionately affected a large number of accounts. My account was liquidated due to the same technical fault that had occurred this year. This proves Binance failed to fix the core problem, putting client funds at risk repeatedly.

Binance has faced and lost similar lawsuits in the 2019-2021 periods, supported by litigation funds. Our goal is to gather as many victims as possible. Once consolidated, we can secure litigation funding to finance our case against them.. If you were affected by the October 2025 liquidation event, please contact each other. We must consolidate our cases to support the existing international collective legal actions being pursued against Binance.

I had a dispute with them before, and within a month, I came to realize their true nature. They have a beautiful facade from the outside, but it is very terrible from the inside. They are good only when they see risk… (Then I want to write a separate big post later, on how they steal fees and keep them in the insurance fund. Sometimes they take a fee of 100% of the position(at least I had an incident).

All victims must unite to recover the truth on behalf of others, full losses, save others, and break this monopoly in the crypto world.

this is TG group . lets unite.
