Build a ravencoin mining pool

Hello, I'm new to crypto and got in love with RVN!!! I've tried the normal mining pools (2miners, miningpoolhub,..) and now I would like to setup a small kawpow mining pool. I've already setup a rvn node, running on Ubuntu 18.04 with RVN 4.3.2.1 but the guides on setting up the mining pool that I found on GitHub aren't working . Any ideas on how to setup the kawpow mining pool? I've got NOMP running but it doesn't recognize kawpow algo. Thanks! Happy ⛏️ !
