Where to stake 100 ETH without risk and maximize APR

Hey, I'm sitting on a big amount of Ethereum that I've been accumulating for years now, I will not say how much etc but it is more than in the title, I've never been staking it and noticed i could get interests passively by just delegating it, I heard about Liquid Staking, what is the best way to do it safely / where i can withdraw anytime?

If you have any suggestion/place to do it, please suggest it!
