Anyone borrowing against ETH and looping back into ETH?

been playing around with the idea of putting up some eth as collateral, borrowing stablecoins, and then just buying more eth with it. i tested a small loan before just to see how it worked, seemed pretty straightforward.
my thought is if eth runs back up to like 5k at some point, the upside alone could cover a chunk of the loan when i sell a bit off the top. There is the institutional interest, there are the new ETFs, network upgrade, so basically turning the loan into something that kinda pays for itself if the price moves the way i think it might.
i saw people mention nехо as one of the places they do this. anyone here actually tried looping eth this way? how did it go for you, worth it?
