How to set up a ravencoin pool?

Hello fellow miners. I really dont know how to create a ravencoin/ethereum pool. Is anywhere a step by step guide? I'd really appreciate the help. I'm trying to do a project with a friend but i can't find anything helpful on the internet. Thanks in advance 🙂
