How did you learn how to manage your crypto ?

Hello, I am new to crypto and I invested on safe coins like BTC and ETH. Though I would like to know for the risk-takers : how did you learn how to really manage your investments ? To know all the tools, understand the graphs, when you can buy, when you can sell ? How do you tell that a new / outsider coin has potential, will / will not work and make profits ?
Also I am trading on Kraken Pro, and have dust on Binance Pro and Revolut X. Which one is the best in your opinion ? Should I invest on multiple platforms or just one ? Is the dust important or should I just leave it ? I want to avoid spread and big fees since I am investing small amounts (like 2-3 figures max) and it already makes huge losses at the time of purchase. Thanks for your help ! 😁
