Winklevoss twins’ crypto company Gemini files for IPO

Gemini Space Station Inc., a crypto exchange and custodian bank founded by the Winklevoss twins, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol GEMI.

The company reported widening net losses, with a net loss of $158.5 million on $142.2 million in revenue in 2024, and a net loss of $282.5 million on $67.9 million in revenue in the first six months of 2025. This is the latest crypto company to go public, following Circle Internet Group and Bullish, which have also raised significant funds through their IPOs.
