Hello everyone, Two of Cardano's former lead researchers, Alex Chepurnoy and Dmitry MMeshkov left IOHK to open a new project with an extended UTXO model, efficient PoW protocols, and smart contracts. Here's an infographic about the collaboration between the two blockchains: Ergo is a very interesting project that is being used by Cardano to test some of their future applications, since Ergo already has smart contracts. Ergo's developers have collaborated with Cardano to build a stable coin (SigmaUSD) and are currently working on a Decetralized Exchange (ErgoDEX), which will allow users to exchange ADA for other coins, including ergs and stable coins. submitted by /u/SgtPeppers10 |
