Ravenminer low hashrate

I am trying to get away from 2miners since they're the big pool in town but the hash rate I'm seeing on the ravenminer site is much lower than what trex is showing. Given more time will it increase or is this what I can expect?

Mining with a 2080 super previously at 28MHs but the ravenminer website is reporting 21ish.
