KuCoin is killing me!

Resetting my trading password is way too complicated!

So I got back on KuCoin after forever because they were charging dormancy fees. I had to reset my password, that took a 24hr wait. Ok no big deal. I got in and was SO excited to see the value of all that XRP I forgot about. So finally I get in and I’m ready withdraw everything over to my Exodus wallet and I had to reset my trading password.

NOW I have to do this crazy license and picture and note thing. Ok so I did all that and I had to wait. I just got an email saying my request was denied and now they want me to make a video of me logging into the platform I used to move the funds into KuCoin to begin with. I don’t even know what that was man! And then they link some you’re une video that is crazy complicated.

Like, wtf?! What am I supposed to do?

Is this something anyone else has ever done?
