Trezor safe 3/5 or D’cent

I have narrowed down my cold wallet choices to these devices. I really like the look of Trezor 5 but wonder if the price is worth it, should I just go for the 3. My other choice is the D' Cent that I really like the look of. It also supports coins that the Trezor doesn't. I'm in it for the long hold, I don't have an insane amount of coins but I would prefer to own them, rather than the keys being in an exchanges hands. I can also pay with PayPal for the D' Cent that suits me alot better than payment option on Trezor site as I need to exchange currency to pay.

I was also looking into Tangem but I want a seed phrase option. I know Tangem has one but their recent security breach involving emails and seed phrase has put me off.

I aim for the long hold. Am I also better buy a cheap phone to use only for the apps for these devices. I was thinking its better to have nothing else but the use of the app for a single phone.
