Please help me if you can

I am not tech savy but I want to buy my first ether , can someone tell me any mobile wallet which are safe to store ether since I don't know how to generate paper wallet. Please, name a wallet which works in every country . I want to hold Ether for the next 5 years will it be safe to keep in a mobile wallet ?
