Low Hashrate GTX960

I just started mining RVN with my GTX 960 4GB. I use T-rex Miner and the kawpow Algorythm. But unfortunately I only get around 1300kH/s. Isnt the GTX 960 to get something around 6 MH/s? What am I doing wrong? Nvidia setting are set for maximum Power and computing.
