Coins stuck in MetaMask….

Coin stuck in wallet??? Help me please…

So I was sent some coins which are in my MetaMask wallet – I want to withdraw them but it won’t let me. I added some eth to my MetaMask to cover the gas fee but when I look on uniswap it says insufficient liquidity – I’ve tried on swap too and it says quotes not available…

What do I do? Or are my coins stuck there forever? … any suggestions 100% welcome…
