NVIDIA 3090 settings

I'm using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 24GB GDDR6X on an Dell Alien 12 using an 8 core I9.

If anyone can share the best settings they've found for the power/thermal/clock, etc, it would be much appreciated.
