Why does the same wallet address keep getting all of the block rewards?

Block rewards of 5,000 RVN are being paid out to this address every few minutes. There are also transactions showing 5,000 RVN being paid out from this address to other wallet addresses. My question is how are they able to get consecutive block rewards? Is it the hardware they are using that makes them the first one to solve the block? I thought rewards paid were more random than this? I apologize for any confusion and or lack of knowledge on my part about the subject. I recently started mining RVN and am still reading/learning more about it
