I want to create a platform which has a token native to it. I have some questions about it.

Dear Ethereum people,

I want to create a platform where there would exist a token native to the platform I'm creating, which would be exchanged between users. Here are some questions that I have:

1. How can I monetize the tokens? I want the users of the platform to be able to exchange the tokens for real-life money. How can I do this?
2. How do I issue tokens so that they don't suffer from inflation? I want every user that registers to receive a certain amount of tokens, but I don't want them to inflate as I issue the same amount to each person.
