Selling my real estate via ethereum

Not sure if this is the best sub to post in, so if it's not feel free to point that out.

So I own some real estate which is proving quite difficult to sell right now. I've been looking into tokenizing it to sell online. Is a smart contract the best way to do this? If so, do you know of any guides to build one? And how am I supposed to market this?

An alternative I've found are these sites that basically tokenize it for you. Are these reliable? And if so, could you recommend any?
