Useful tool that tells you when Ethereum’s gas fees are the cheapest

Hello, I see that many of you are getting wrecked by fees for trying to transact "small" amounts on the Ethereum network. While waiting for those high prices to get fixed,

there are tools that can help you figure out, on average, when is the cheapest time to send transactions. (like this one : https://ethereumprice.org/gas/ )

Right now it seems like Friday night to Saturday morning (Eastern time) is the cheapest.
