Why hasn’t ethereum hit an ATH high this cycle?

ETH is seriously impressive, like the advantages, usability, tech behind it, and just keeps get better. i'm really surprised that it's underperforming to such a significant degree compared to bitcoin.

I'm just baffled by this.
