Is it normal for my hashrate to fluctuate when my monitors are on?

I use my PC for work during the day. My work is web based, nothing intensive.

But when my two monitors are on it seems my has rate looses consistency.

It goes from a constant 180.5 MH/s and jumps around between 170-180 MH/s.

Is this normal behaviour?
