I’m thinking about investing, a beginner needs some advice!

Firstly, sorry to ask this lmao I have an awareness of crypto currency but not a full understanding just yet.

Secondly, at the moment I have roughly 400USD or so in Ethereum. Would it be wise to invest 1.5k? This is definitely not a small sum of money for me by any means and is probably a fifth of what I've got to my name, but I've heard about the huge potential of ETH and am willing to invest this amount.

What do you guys think?
