Mining with ethermine.

So I just started mining rvn and have been reading through this sub which has been tons of help. So this post is more of a "am I doing this right" post. Questions I have will be at the end of the post.

I used to mine eth on ethermine which is how I discovered rvn so thought I'd check it out. I tried 2 miners but personally I like the UI of ethermine and I'm used to it. I'm running a 5700xt I was averaging about 53mhs but since switching I'm averaging about 18 to 19. I was making about 100 a month after the dip on eth but rvn is saying like 30. One of the reasons I switched to rvn was because whattomine was saying it was quite a bit more profitable than eth. I'm using raven core as my wallet. I just use their AMD tool to overclock and brought my voltage down to 1050 and that seems to give me the best hash while being somewhat stable. My GPU usage keeps going down completely for a second every couple minutes but doesn't look like it's affecting the miner very much. I've been doing alot of trial and error so not a stable data stream but ethermine is telling me my current mhs is 8 where the miner is 18.

I understand Ill probably get more accurate number after letting it run for a day but thought if you guys had any tips I'd love to hear from you.

So question time.

1 any off the bat tips or tricks I should know that I'm not doing? 2 why do you think my GPU keeps going down? 3 are there better tools I should be using?

Thanks in advance!
