The reason i suspect this is because private keys need to be entered into their closed source proprietary device and the device is also needed to login to a wallet on their website me BUT their CEO tells me the service is a direct passthrough but wont say to where AND their UI looks unique to them.

FURTHERMORE all user public keys change every 5 minute so no one EVER has anything sent to their own wallet.
