Runs Linux Ubuntu 20.04.1 with all custom scripts to set default card settings, launch miners and then set underclock/overclock settings once DAG generating is complete. Can run using the iGPU for the desktop or in runlevel 3 with just X, no active GPU, display or desktop. In that mode the Nvidia cards are force loaded using EDID files. In runlevel 5 with desktop the gnome desktop manager is loaded and then it auto starts the miner and a shell is popped up with the miner loaded in it using my scripts.

Runs the miner using 'screen' which allows you to attach and detach from the miner in multiple places and also share the actual miner output in multiple place at once. So it's auto loaded in Gnome at start up, but I can then SSH in and have the actual miner displayed on my Windows desktop. You can interact with both.

I didn't want one of the Linux installs where you are forced to use their website as a miner setup or for monitoring/stats. I wanted my own deal where I could code what I wanted. I can Teamviewer in if I need access. I have some stats scripts so far using API for like 2miners or using webpage scrapes for non API sites like unMineable. It can either email or text my phone on the hour with stats.

I prefer to use the core clock locking method which auto regulates the power and locks the core steady where I want it. If you have any questions about Nvidia cards in Windows or Linux, feel free to ask questions. I'll see what I can answer.

At some point I may release this as an easy Linux alternate for those with some basic Linux knowledge.

Money 😉
