Seems like I get scammed, can you help me understand how?

Hey,

tomorrow morning I was checking my Coinbase wallet and found a weird ass looking NFT in it. I dont exactly know when it was popping up because im only checking every few weeks. Something called Eager Explorers and in the info tab it showed me the last time it was traded it was for 10 ETH. Clearly some scammy bullshit. I sent it to my Polygon Wallet on Coinbase and its gone now, because as far as I know Coinbase doesnt support NFTs on its non Wallet App.

A minute after I sent this thing into the abyss I recieved an 2 ETH Gift Card NFT. So.. it seems like moving the NFT is triggering another NFT which would lead me to a website where it wants me to authenticate to drain my wallet, right?

Thats what im thinking atleast.. but im no expert and not entirely sure. Do I need to do something else to protect my wallet?
