I know absolutely nothing about this stuff and want to get started. Help a beginner out?

I have wanted to get into crypto for years. The only thing I understand is “never invest more than you’re willing to lose”. That being said, I’m wanting to invest around $100-200 to start. I am 21y/o and currently have around $7k in the bank. Is starting with $100-200 enough? And where would I even go to buy crypto from a trustworthy source? What are the best places to keep up on the exchange rates everyday, and what are some of the best things for me to take time to practice learning to help me grow and succeed this field. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!!
