Help me with withdrawal from Sepolia network

I have created an address 0x827619796b3ea21f8be6460f36f7fb6420436abd where I deposited 0.02393211 and 0.002 ETH.

Unfortunately, I can't withdraw. I am still trying to understand why I could not do that; there is no contract or other thing that can block that operation.
