Best way to get coins from binance.us?

Binane.us isnt supported in my region now which is where i have some coins. I have several coins i need to move to coinbase now. For example, i have about $40 worth of BAT on Binance.us. Withdrawing/transferring to my coinbase wallet would cost a little over $9 which is about 25% of the amount of coins. That fee seems super high. I am also unable to trade or convert on binance.us since the region isnt supported so im not really sure i have any other option but I wanted to check before paying such a high fee. Any thoughts on how to avoid that fee?
