I finally deleted all of my wallet and exchange apps from my devices.

I hope this isn’t too boring of a post, I just wanted to share a milestone that I’ve really struggled to achieve.

I used to spend hours upon hours constantly switching between Reddit, my exchange or my wallet apps refreshing the price hoping to suddenly see a magical thousand dollars or more appear out of nowhere. This went on until 3-4am sometimes.

It got to the point where I was clearly neglecting my life. I managed to sort my hardware wallet out yesterday and as of today I no longer have the “ledger live” app on my phone. This was the final caveat and I’m very happy.

Every exchange or wallet I had with crypto on it was moved to my hardware wallet which is now stored safely in my rectum.
