Literally every single video from crypto influencers starts with "I'm not a financial advisor" disclaimed – and I roll my eyes everytime… but, are there actual financial advisors making crypto content? On here, Youtube, Twitter,…?

Can you even get a license for this?

Please advice an actual financial advisor, if they exist.

On a different note: Has there ever been a legal case where a content creator who used the "not financial advice" disclaimer was still held liable for their recommendations?
