Can someone make a case as to why this is not Ethereum’s bottom?

I keep looking at it and I just don’t understand how the fear/greed index is so bad in the fear realm when based on the charts it looks like we are reversing our bottom. Can someone help explain to me (a clear amateur) why there is so much fear still in the market post Germany selling?
